Establish Your Rights.
Unmarried fathers in Oklahoma need to get their rights established and defined by court order.  Otherwise, their child's mother has sole control over the father/child relationship or whether there even is one.
Enforce Your Rights.
Custody and visitation rights are only as as good as they are enforceable.  Motions to Enforce and Citations of Contempt are possible to prevent parental alienation in Oklahoma but sitting on your rights can result in their loss.
Don't Overpay Support.
If you are not paying child support the right way, you might be ordered to double pay.   Getting a fair child support order in Oklahoma requires that you know the mothers actual income and that you know what deduction you are entitled to.
